3. Shipping Costs & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
– The destination country
– The total weight and dimensions of your order
– The shipping method selected (Standard or Express)

You will be provided with a shipping quote during the order confirmation process before payment is finalised. We partner with reputable global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post, to ensure reliable service.

4. Processing Times
As a manufacturer, we craft and quality-check every item to our high standards. Please allow:
3–5 business days for order processing and packing from our Australian facility.
– Additional time for large or customised bulk orders (we’ll keep you updated).

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service selected:
Within Australia: 2–7 business days after dispatch
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
International (USA, Europe, Asia): 7–20 business days

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

7. Order Tracking

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we pack every order securely, we understand that issues can occur in transit.

– If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
– If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office first, then let us know.
– For shipments that appear lost in transit, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed, and we’ll initiate an investigation with the carrier.

We’ll work with you—and the shipping provider—to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
In the rare event an order is incorrect or damaged due to a shipping or fulfilment error on our part, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
