1. Wholesale Business Only

Our website and services are intended strictly for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. You must be purchasing for commercial purposes, such as retail, distribution, or commercial use. We do not sell to individual consumers for personal use. By placing an order, you confirm you are acting in a business capacity.

2. Account Registration

To access wholesale pricing and place orders, you must register for a business account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Product Information

We manufacture and supply men’s athleisure clothing including tops, bottoms, and footwear. While we strive for accuracy, product images, descriptions, and specifications are for guidance. Colours may vary slightly due to screen displays. We reserve the right to update product details without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

– All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
– Prices are exclusive of GST for Australian businesses with a valid ABN.
– We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material cost changes or market fluctuations.
– Full payment is required before order processing and dispatch.
– We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.

5. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Wholesale orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements. These vary by product category and will be specified during the ordering process. We reserve the right to cancel orders that don’t meet MOQ requirements.

6. Ordering and Acceptance

– Placing an item in your cart doesn’t reserve stock.
– Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.
– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for detailed information. As a manufacturer, we manage all aspects of production and dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only—we’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. International Orders and Customs

For orders shipped outside Australia:
– You are the importer of record
– You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations
– We cannot advise on specific country requirements—check with your local authorities

9. Returns and Refunds

As a wholesale manufacturer, we have specific return conditions:
– Quality Issues: Notify us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos
– Wrong Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
– Returns require prior authorisation—unsolicited returns won’t be accepted
– Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the buyer’s responsibility
– Custom orders and final sale items cannot be returned

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, designs, text, and images—is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

11. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:
– We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Our maximum liability is limited to the order value in question
– We’re not responsible for products after they’ve been delivered to the carrier
